Please
read our return and exchange policy below before ordering :
1 - Claims for any errors will not be allowed unless made in writing
to us within 5 days of receipt of goods.
2 - Claims for damages must be filed directly with carrier.
We are not responsible for damage sustained in shipment as all shipments
are received by carrier in first class condition.
3 - No returns will be accepted without our written Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA). The RMA number must be written on the
outside of the shipping box. Returns will be accepted for
exchange or product defect only.
4 - Authorized returns, for any reason, must be shipped freight
prepaid as we have no provision to accept freight collect shipments.
Freight collect shipments will be refused. No handling charges
will be accepted by us and any freight reimbursement will be based
on the least expensive method of shipment.
5 - There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returns and
exchanges. Freight charges are solely your responsibility.
6 - Where returns are accepted for product defect, we will reship
the same style and color (when available) at no cost, and with prepaid
freight.
7 - When a check issued by you fails to clear, we will impose a
fee of $20, which is charged to us by our bank; that charge
will be increased or reduced depending on any adjustments our bank
may make.
8 - Should an order shipped to you be refused, an immediate termination
of your account may follow, plus a 15% restocking fee will be charged
for the order, plus any shipping and handling fees that apply.
9 - Any indications of damage or usage that prevents re-sell will
not be returnable.

or excessive returns may lead to termination of your wholesale account.
